VINHMS AND THE JOURNEY OF BRINGING “MAKE IN VIETNAM” PRODUCTS TO THE WORLD
On February 27, 2024, VinHMS successfully launched the operational conversion solution for the Palace Gate Hotel and Residence in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This project marks a significant leap forward for VinHMS in its journey to enter the global market, while also demonstrating VinHMS’s consulting capabilities, deployment, and competitiveness in the hospitality industry in the region.
Palace Gate Hotel and Residence is a 4-star hotel with 54 rooms located near the Cau Tau – right in the center of Phnom Penh. With the desire to upgrade the operational system to improve business performance, Palace Gate Hotel and Residence chose VinHMS as a partner to deploy the CiHMS and CiPOS solutions.
The project was directly implemented by the VinHMS team at the Palace Gate Hotel and Residence
As a comprehensive cloud-based hotel management solution, CiHMS is not only a technological solution to help businesses digitize but also a powerful tool to support hotels in operations and to boost business potential. Integrated within CiHMS, CiPOS contributes to comprehensive management support for various restaurant operations within the hotel. The application can be installed on tablets/POS devices running Android operating systems, connected to invoice printers, kitchen printers, etc., and the data is synchronized across all devices.
With the determination of 2024 being a pivotal year in conquering the international market, along with the enthusiasm of VinHMS’s staff and leadership, the CiHMS and CiPOS deployment project for Palace Gate Hotel and Residence has been launched on time and has received extremely impressive results from the partner: all hotel operations have been optimized; comprehensive and inclusive reporting system; data is stored fully, accurately, and continuously updated in real-time.
