The MOU signing ceremony was held on last April 7th, 2022 at Nha Trang, VinHMS shall be providing the cloud computing hospitality management solution CiHMS to all hotels and luxurious resorts of Crystal Bay Group, striving to help their digital transformation journey quick, easy and effective.

The agreement is the perfect puzzle in terms of technology for the Crystal Bay Group. With the latest features released from the hospitality management solution – CiHMS such as Pre-check-in prior to guests’ arrival through Guests’ App, QRMenu – digital order for FnB, facial recognition technology, contactless payment, MICE, etc. shall exceed the guests’ expectations, optimize hotels operations efficiently, and maximize hotel employees’ performance tremendously.

CiHMS is a cloud-based solution meaning it allows the hotel room rates and allotments synchronization across all channels, centralizes and connects hundreds of OTA and distribution channels globally, monitors the business operations in real-time, and helps hoteliers to make strategic pricing and marketing decisions in time.
