VINHMS AND THE 5-YEAR DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY
To celebrate the 5-year journey of an impressive start and strong development, on January 10th 2024 at Renaissance Riverside Saigon Hotel, VinHMS organized a special anniversary party with the theme “Transformation Through Daily Innovations”. The party left many strong impressions in the hearts of our valued partners and loyal customers.
At the event, to affirm our different values and pioneer in applying digitalization to life, VinHMS introduced to guests a “touchless customer journey” from Pre Check-in to Check-in and order services through the CiHMS platform. With just one QR code, guests can “Check-in” and use services throughout the event. The convenience of QR codes has brought VinHMS guests a very interesting experience.

Looking back on the 5-year development journey, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang (CEO of VinHMS) shared about the achievements of VinHMS in the journeys to conquer the field of hotel management, as well as emphasized the idea of the meaning of successfully implementing digital transformation solutions and bringing a complete experience journey to each customer. In addition, he also revealed ambition to bring “Make-in Vietnam” products to the international market in the upcoming journey.
